Vasectomies are performed Wednesday to Friday. 
Clinic visits are by appointment only.

Voice mail is always on and patients are encouraged to leave a message. Our Clinic manager, Brian, will call back. 
We will arrange an appointment after we have received a registration form submitted by a patient from our website. We check the messages regularly during the week. We are very discreet when calling back.
Please note that your registration will be retained in our files for only two weeks after our first call back message is left with you - after that time period, you will need to re-register on line.  Our staff does not have the time it takes to make repeat calls to people sending in registrations.

HOLIDAY NOTICE
Dr. Cragg will be away from February 22 to March 8, so no vasectomies will be performed during those two weeks.
The Clinic will accept and respond to phone messages from time to time during that period.

At the Gentle Vasectomy Clinic we try to arrange appointments within three to four weeks after you register online.  This enables you to avoid the extremely long wait which often occurs in other cities.

We keep names of patients who can come on short notice on our cancellation list.  We often can get men in quickly using this, so let us know if this would be of interest and work for you.

In the event a person does not show up, or cancels in less than 48 hours for reasons that are not an emergency, $300.00 will be charged to his credit card.
